01.

Overview

Phloom is an invite-only device control platform operated for your organization. This page summarizes how account and usage data is handled when you use the Phloom web application.

02.

Account information

Administrators provision accounts with usernames and team assignments. Profile fields, credentials, and session tokens are stored to authenticate you and enforce team-scoped access.

03.

Device activity

When you control a device, session metadata — including who holds a lock, stream activity, and administrative audit events — may be recorded for fleet operations and team audit trails.

04.

Contact

For privacy questions about your organization's Phloom deployment, contact your administrator or the team that operates your instance.
