How Phloom handles account data, device sessions, and operational logs for teams using the platform.
Issue I
Overview
Phloom is an invite-only device control platform operated for your organization. This page summarizes how account and usage data is handled when you use the Phloom web application.
Account information
Administrators provision accounts with usernames and team assignments. Profile fields, credentials, and session tokens are stored to authenticate you and enforce team-scoped access.
Device activity
When you control a device, session metadata may be recorded for fleet operations and team audit trails, including:
- who holds a device lock and when it was taken or released
- stream activity for active control sessions
- administrative audit events visible to your team's operators
